    What if it rains?
    We look at weather very closely and if we need to cancel due to weather a FULL REFUND is given.

    Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit of 50% is required, although it is fully refundable if it rains or if cancellation occurs within 7 or more days prior to scheduled event.

    Can I cancel?
    The 50% deposit is non-refundable if canceling within 7 days from your scheduled event, however, if you cancel before the 7 day window we will issue a full refund.

    How do you accept payment?
    We accept cash, check, CC and Venmo. Deposit is done completely electronically when contract is e-mailed to client. There is options to pay by CC, Paypal, or mailing check to us when signing the electronic contract.

    Is there a contract?
    Must be signed electronically if client has an e-mail. If they don't we will bring a paper copy, but deposit is still due at time of reservation in order to hold rental for them.

    How do I make a reservation?
    Reservations may be made by calling us at 402-730-6355, facebook messaging, text or email us at letspartyinflatables@outlook.com.

    Delivery: Do I pick up or will you deliver?
    We must deliver all equipment as we have to set it up due to insurance regulations.

     

    We also clean and disinfect all equipment between uses, so people can be assured they are getting clean equipment every time we deliver!

    Delivery: Is there a fee?
    Free within Lincoln city limits. Please request delivery fee for outside of Lincoln city limits.

    How long is the rental for?
    All Day Rental is based on a 6 hour time frame. (between the Hours of 8am - 7pm).
